Terms/conditions for New Computer
Set
A five years warranty policy includes
1 year warranty for hardware and 5 years
for servicing (from date of purchase),
during which time replacements and servicing
are free.
Software, CPU fan, power supply, keyboard,
mouse, glass filter, speaker or any other
products without a warranty sticker from
PSC
Computer are excluded under these
terms and conditions.
During the first 6 months after you purchase
a product from us we will fix problems
at your premises (within Phnom Penh only).
After this you will need to bring your
computer to our shop.
UPS - The 2 year warranty policy covers
UPS. Cooler fans are excluded.
CPU - The 3 year warranty policy covers
CPUs. The warranty is invalid if the pin
is damaged.
Mainboard - The 3 year
warranty policy covers Intel mainboard
and the 1 year warranty policy covers
Gigabyte mainboard. Batteries and condensers
are excluded.

The 1 year warranty policy covers
the following products:
Hard disk
Monitor/LCD monitor
RAM
Network Cards
VGA card / Sound Cards
CD-ROM / CD-RW
Printers / Scanners - a 1 year
warranty policy includes hardware, print
heads and servicing, free of charge for
12 months (from date of purchase), and
link cartridges, toner cartridges, excluding
software, adapter or cables.
Replacement parts - if
we don't have the exact same part in stock
we will replace it with a part of the
same specification. If the alternative
part has reduced capacity and is cheaper
we will refund the difference. However,
if the alternative part has greater capacity
and is more expensive we will charge the
difference in price to the customer. if
no alternative part is available, or we
cannot complete the required repair, we
will land you a suitable replacement,
temporarily, until to repair is completed.
The warranty is void if the product:
is water damage
has been dropped or hit
has lost or missing components / equipment
is damaged due to normal wear and tear
has had the serial number / model details
erased
has been damaged by a fluctuation in electrical
power
has been damaged by dust, heat, humidity,
rusting, oxidation or insects
has been subjected to use for which it
was not designed
